Inspired by the legendary Ba Son Shipyard, The Shipyard restaurant on the ground floor brings Saigon riverside heritage to life through food, design, and ambience. Industrial textures, maritime details, and layered materials echo the rhythm of shipbuilding days gone by, reinterpreted with a modern sensibility. This spirit carries through the menu, from the Bánh Mì served with Wagyu beefsteak, to the Pho'jito, a handcrafted cocktail that reimagines a classic cocktail with Phở soul.
