Stepping into ton'u Kitchen on the 1st floor feels like entering a swaying millet field. "ton'u" means "millet" in the Cou language, a staple food of the Tsou tribe. Featuring a fusion of Chiayi's snacks, Alishan ingredients, and Tsou tribal cuisine, it offers a global culinary experience.
