The hotel features a spa that utilizes thermal waters for treatments. Access to the Thermal SPA (additional fee) includes the thermal water circuit, sauna, and Turkish bath; reservations are recommended. Guests can book thermal and wellness treatments in advance. The elegant rooms are furnished with 18th- and 19th-century pieces. Guests can enjoy local wine at the stone-walled bar. The 1692 Restaurant offers international cuisine and traditional delicacies from the Monchique region. An outdoor swimming pool is surrounded by a green garden and padded loungers. Walking and mountain biking tours are available in Serra de Monchique National Park. Note: New spa opening hours. Winter Schedule (Low Season) From Wednesday to Sunday, from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm and from 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm. Please note that access to the Spa and indoor pool is subject to an additional fee. The fee is available upon request. The Spa is open from 10:00 AM to 08:00 PM. Children aged 12 and under are not allowed to access the Spa and indoor pool. Cot is on request.
